As someone can expect from someone like me, I failed to document my first two days of TryHackMe journey. That's fine, I guess.
To be honest, nothing fancy happened, except I got TryHackMe Premium (it was 50% off), which gave me opportunity to pwn the rooms I wasn't able to before. So First two days, I was busy sweeping the introduction rooms.
Now I'm knee-deep into the Cyber 101 section, things are getting sweaty.
I am both glad that I attended to the Computer Networks classes in 3rd grade, but also regret too hard that I did not refresh my memory occasionally.
Networking is hard.
Dancing in the network is harder. I knew what nmap was, but all the params and techniques is hard, in a fun way. Also I get to do some hands on telnet stuff, which is cool.
I feel like I'm progressing fast, but a feeling tells me that I'll hit a very hard wall soon enough. So I'm keeping things hype until that day, because I don't want to get demotivated into oblivion.
But, I did 450 days on Duolingo, so I can do 365 days on TryHackMe. The question is, will I be confident enough to apply some positions on cyber industry after that 365 days?
We will see.
